My Testimony of Healing - Frozen in place while the Lord Healed me from Heart Palpitations

My name is Marian Go-Sam. I want to testify to the goodness of the Lord Jesus Christ and say that He is my Saviour, Redeemer, Healer and Lord.

When I was living in Brisbane, at the time, I was experiencing heart problems. I had such symptoms for a long time, since I was very young. My heart would beat fast and feel awful. Unless you have had the problem you cannot imagine the distress, fear, and anxiety, it caused one.

I never told my parents, when I got the symptoms of the heart palpitations or heart arrhythmia. I would lay on my bed in my room and just wait until the symptoms stopped. This happened many times. In later years, I used to end up in hospital, rushed there by ambulance, and the doctors had to help me to calm down and wait until the palpitations would stop. I cannot tell you how many times this happened to me or how many times I ended up in hospital.

One day, when I kept having issues with my heart, I heard about a Healing Crusade in Sydney, Australia. I was determined to go there to receive my healing. I didn’t have much money. I couldn’t fly to Sydney for some reason, so I decided to get on the bus from Brisbane to Casino, get off there and get a train the rest of the way to Sydney. I enjoyed my train ride, but when I got to Sydney I had nowhere to stay. After getting off the train I found a place not far from the train station to stay overnight. It was a backpacker type of accommodation. I got a room where I would have had to share with someone else if they came in. I didn’t want to do this. However, thankfully, I didn’t have to share with anyone and ended up having the room all to myself.

After arriving at the Benny Hinn Healing or Miracle Crusade meeting at the Sydney Entertainment Centre I was shown to my seat by an Usher. I sat there for a while, but it got so freezing cold I decided to leave my seat to go up higher to the top where there were no seats. I think I went to the loo and then I came back to my seat, but then the Palpitations started. Yes, right there in the meeting. So, I left my seat and went back to the top where there were no seats. People were sitting on the floor, so I decided to sit on the floor too. Hoping that the Palpitations would stop. It didn’t. 

Pastor Benny Hinn was preaching a message about the blood of Jesus. The precious blood of the Lamb. It was a powerful message. Pastor Benny had no idea that I was there in that meeting seeking my healing from that heart problem. However, the Lord saw me. He is the great Physician. He is the God who sees. He sees us in our struggles. He sees us in our pain. 

Meanwhile, a bossy Usher came along and tried to force me to go back to my seat. Rather than listen to her I got up off the floor and moved towards the right side of the auditorium away from her. Still suffering from the heart Palpitations, I made the right decision. One minute I was in a section of the building where it was as cold as ice and the next minute as I got closer to the middle and more towards the right side of the auditorium, I could feel a warmth hit me. It felt so good. Before I knew it, something--what I can only describe as the power of God--hit me. I froze. I could not move. I just stood there stuck to the floor. Shaking and shaking under the power of God. After awhile I realized that I was healed. The Palpitations were gone. Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the great Physician, had healed me. I wasn’t stuck to the floor anymore. I could move. I moved closer to the right side, after I was healed, and met a lady and her son, there. We sang songs happily and worshiped the Lord together, with the rest of the people. I had a wonderful time in the meeting after I was healed. I felt so good after the Lord healed me. 

I think that the reason the Lord allowed me to get sick during the meeting was because He wanted me to know that He was specifically healing me from the heart Palpitations that night. There is nothing too hard for Him to do. Since that healing I have had a better quality of life. Although, I still have some challenges throughout the years, the Lord is faithful to deliver me. He can deliver you, too, whatever sickness or disease you may be facing. I’m not saying that anything is easy. It’s not. I went to that Miracle Healing Crusade in Sydney, by faith. Believing that God would heal me there from the heart problems I had been suffering from, at the time. 

No man laid hands on me. The Lord Jesus Christ healed me supernaturally. I felt the power of the Lord come upon me in a mighty way and I was healed. Thank you, Lord Jesus, for healing me! I praise and honor you. AMEN
